So why this blog?

I am a skeptic of hypnosis, trances, self-programming and anything to do with the mind. My scientific education over the last 15 years works on evidence and testing to reach a conclusion. That’s what I always follow. I don’t know everything though, and have an open mind, if something works then I’ll love it. We don’t know the world around us, its complexities, intracicies and that’s what I am going to explore.

I hate ludicrous claims, spin, guarantees, and I’ll write nasty stuff if I read all the BS produced by false marketing.
